Rabtel is a successful outbound business sales organisation for various telecommunication providers in QLD. It was important for Rabtel to have a clean and professional looking web presence to allow potential clients to identify with the company.
In addition to the design and implementation of the website, it was necessary to reach out to potential and existing clients on a regular basis with new products and plans. 1media and Rabtel worked together to generate regular eNewsletters which were complimented by custom landing pages. Emails were managed and tracked via a central console and inbound leads were captured within the CRM software being operated by Rabtel.
Rabtel have continued working with 1media under a monthly maintenance agreement to update content. Products and plans within the telecommunications industry change at a rapid rate, therefore it was more productive and cost effective to deliver the content to 1media in bulk and have the information updated accordingly.
